Terms of Service
Welcome to Eden’s Muse. Each piece created is a reflection of intention, spirit, and the natural world. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Please allow 1–3 weeks for order processing before shipping. Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer depending on complexity and material availability. You will be notified of estimated completion dates when placing a commission.
2. Shipping Policy
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, and tracking will be provided upon shipment. Eden’s Muse is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs for international orders. Once the package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for stolen or missing items.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
A full refund is available prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the item is marked as shipped.
4. Damaged Items
If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. For commissioned pieces, we will remake the item as a replacement. Because each item is handmade, some variations from the original may occur.
5. Custom & Commissioned Work
Commissioned pieces are created in close collaboration with the client. A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work. Once a commissioned item is approved and shipped, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
6. Ceramic Variations
Each ceramic piece is handmade, and variations in color, glaze, and finish are part of the process. Lighting, photography, and screen display can affect how colors appear. These variations do not qualify as defects.
7. Jewelry Materials & Disclaimer
Our jewelry may include natural stones, raw metals, and electroformed components. Due to the nature of these materials:

Colors and patterns in stones may vary.

Metals may naturally patina or tarnish over time.

Avoid water, oils, perfumes, and extended sunlight exposure to maintain appearance.
8. Care Instructions

Ceramics: Please refer to the listing for food, microwave, and dishwasher safety. Hand-washing is recommended.

Jewelry: Store in a dry place. Avoid submerging in water or exposing to harsh chemicals.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on most items. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for ready-to-ship pieces. Commissioned and custom items are final sale.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photography, and content are the property of Eden’s Muse LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
